Bachelor of Arts
Oak Valley College offers a Bachelor of Arts in Business, which is suitable for students who wish to work in private industry, lead a nonprofit organization or ministry, pursue a government career, enter management in manufacturing, operations, service, or retail industries, launch a business, nonprofit, or ministry.
Oak Valley’s liberal arts coursework offers breadth and depth to help students develop the skills most sought after by today’s employers.

Courses at Oak Valley College
Most courses are adapted from leading colleges and universities, and then infused with a Christian worldview. Above are the exact classes for the first semester. View the full curriculum map here (subject to change).
There are three basic categories of coursework - theology/ethics/culture, general education and business/organization. All courses are required to complete the degree.
Four courses are offered each semester. Courses meet for 90-minutes twice a week over 14 weeks with an additional week for semester final- 15 weeks total.
On average, students are expected to complete 10 hours per week in classwork, reading, homework, and projects per course times each semester. This translates to roughly 40 hours of additional coursework (outside of the classroom) per week.
