A - repeating a failed course(s) or

B - enrolling in a course(s) returning from a Leave of Absence.

Course(s) may be taken as an Independent Course or may be taken in person (if it does not conflict with the student’s schedule). The original professor may not be available to facilitate the course(s), in which case Oak Valley College will select the appropriate professor. Circumstances may dictate that the only option may to be to take the Independent Course(s) when it is next offered. The course you are requesting to take may not be readily available. It is the student’s responsibility to follow up in a timely manner regarding the course(s) retake.
