This exemption may apply to, but is not limited to, requirements as expressed in College policies including: community standards, employment policies, admissions and recruitment processes, benefits, and services, financial assistance, and academic programs, including student leadership and service programs. Oak Valley retains all rights afforded under Federal law and the laws of the State of California.
